- Professional Staff - Our
staff is comprised of certified and licensed property
managers, certified marketing directors, licensed leasing
agents, professional bookkeepers, expert computer specialists,
and after-hours support personnel in order to provide
efficient and high quality management of your property. We are
fully insured and bonded.
- Tenant Issues - We
maximize the potential for finding the right tenant by
advertising in several area newspapers and internet sites and by showing the
property to prospective tenants. We qualify tenants through
personal interviews and by verifying income, employment, and
credit ratings. Our expertise can assist in long-term tenant
retention and in the resolution of tenant problems.

- Accounting - Our
computerized accounting system provides clients with an
up-to-date monthly statement for all income and expenses
incurred during the month. An annual statement is sent to you
at the end of the year for tax purposes. We can arrange to pay
your mortgage payments, association dues, tax bills, insurance
premiums, and any other payments relating to your property.
- Property Inspections -
We provide routine quarterly inspections of your rental property to
provide maintenance and prevent tenant neglect. Prior to a new
tenant moving in, we can make a complete photo inventory of
your home so you always have an actual record of the condition
of your home.
- Maintenance -
We can arrange for repairs, cleaning, landscaping, painting, and
other services. We are staffed with expert maintenance
personnel, available 7 days a week, 24 hours a day. Our property
managers are available after hours to handle emergency
situations.
